HELLO! long time no post. well, first things first. yesterday was PHRONEO! it was awesome. Opposition won(: YAY! but props to the proposition. it was a hard topic to agree on. the motion:
is there value in having a BGR in this season. the season:
13-17 years old. Opposition: Gaius, Char, Joash and Angel. Proposition: Ben Leung, Dawn, Clara and Nathaniel. Judges:Sarah Seow, Isaac(Goldilocks) and Tan Kheng Hua. you know the one who appeared in the Arena as the guest judge and acted in Phua Chu Kang as Margeret. Coordinator of the event: ShuJing and fellow comm members.(props to you all too!) First of was Char and Dawn. Char won with 3 points to 0; Second was Angel and Nathaniel. Nathaniel was so pro ok. Angel's speech was filled with super chim words.Nathaniel won with 2 points to 1; Third was Joash against Clara. Joash won 2 points to 1 i think; then the fourth round was a rebuttal round. between all 8 contestants. then 10 minutes went to the floor to rebutt. then the last round was Gaius against Ben. Gaius was on man! Ben cried cause he was too nervous. sad:/
